Tower/Chair/Reformer Class is a multi-apparatus class which allows experience on all of the Pilates Equipment.  Using the Roll Down Bar and the Push Through Bar on the towers, doing step ups and elephants on the chairs, and Feet in Straps on the Reformer this class will give you a great all around workout!

Experience all the Reformer has to offer. Will teach all the basics and give modifications for all levels.

Pilates Mat:   Monday 9:00 am Phyllis

Class which uses the original Pilates Mat exercises combined with props at times (small balls, weighted ball, Rings, poles, Rollers). 


CoreSculpt/Pilates:  Fridays 9:30 am Phyllis

Combination of  Pilates Mat with traditional fitness to strengthen core, arms, legs.  Uses props at times: weights, weighted balls, rings, poles, rollers)
