Pilates Trainer/Yoga Instructor
Keith's life became focused on healthy living after a Diabetes diagnosis in 2004. He actively sought a more active lifestyle, opening him up to his diet, triathlons, Yoga and Pilates. This altered his career path to pursue Yoga and Pilates Certifications. Since his strength is connecting with people, he began a new career teaching Yoga to help people manage their stress and to create a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. He noticed people were still not connecting with their cores and proper alignment suffered because of core weakness....so he began his journey to a 600 hr Classical Pilates certification which he successfully completed. Keith's ultimate goal is to help people realize their own physicality, coordination, flexibility and core strength through a healthier lifestyle . This way everyone can create the life they want to live, regardless of issues. Keith is available for privates with Yoga and/or Pilates and is currently teaching a Yoga Virtual Group Class on Wednesday and Friday mornings 8:15 am
